How many trips to Cabo?
This journal entry was written while vibing to Davido's "Timeless" on repeat + learning the choreo to "Unavailable" on TikTok.
I just got back from another weekend in the desert and have to share the deets with my tribe, because I refuse to let my people vacation in Mexico without knowing about this hidden gem.
And no, I didn’t stay at an Aman resort, but the views definitely could’ve fooled me. Let’s get into it!
🛋 Where I stayed
The last few times I traveled to Cabo, I stayed at Viceroy hotel, and if you know me forreal then you know this has been my go-to for years. I’ve also stayed at an airbnb in Pedregal that might have you thinking you’re in Greece (the villa tour is on my TikTok).
This time around I stayed at Paradeo hotel which is one hour outside of Cabo in Todos Santos. I chose the largest room they offer, the Master Casita — a three story suite with 360-mountain views — they had me at three story!
The rate for 2 nights was quite high but when I asked my TikTok community if it was worth the stay, here’s what they said.
🧳 What I packed
As a seasoned traveler, there are four essentials that I never forget to pack:
Universal charger 🔌 has been holding me down for years, from Greece to Asia, and now Mexico — a long-term relationships forreal.
Apple Magsafe battery pack🔋, you’ve probably seen this a few of my travel videos, because it goes with me everywhere.
The TikTok trending lighted mirror🪞, It's small enough to pack in my carry-on, but also powerful enough to provide great lighting for my TikToks and Reels.
My latest obsession, the cosmetic bag from Away (Amazon dupe👜). A friend recommended this and it has literally been a game changer.
When it comes to beauty essentials, I couldn't resist stopping by Ulta Beauty to sift through their travel size products. I also restocked some of my FAVES!

✨ To add some warmth to my complexion while soaking up the sun, I grabbed the Fenty Beauty Mocha Mami bronzer - the perfect shade for a natural-looking glow.
🖌️ I also restocked my Real Technique Brushes - the OG set for beginners that always comes in clutch.
🫦 For the perfect nude lip, I always use the NYX Butter Gloss - it's non-sticky and gives me just the right amount of shine.
🍽️🍷 Where I ate
Now let's talk about food. Sunset Monalisa is undoubtedly one of the best fine dining experiences in Cabo, and I had to visit it again. Although it was a bit of a drive from Todos Santos, the views and food were worth it. Do yourself a favor and add it to your Cabo itinerary.
💡WHAT I LEARNED
That I don’t have much time to finish learning the lyrics to the songs on Davido’s album and that’s just unacceptable❗️
On a more serious note, I just finished reading Relational Intelligence by Dharius Daniels and it got me thinking about the importance of working on all kinds of relationships, not just the romantic ones. Personally, that means taking the time to discuss expectations, the vision for relationships, and what each person can do in this season to be a better friend. As they say, relationships are a two-way street and require effort from both parties to thrive.
My hope is that you spend time with your people this week🫂, because relationships matter.
